Do you have a physical store?
Yes! We run a small shop offering small-scale photography and computer repairs . You can view products in person, bring your device in for repair, or receive personalized advice. We place great value on personal service and take the time to address your needs. Our address is:

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders received by 7:00 PM will be processed on the same day and usually delivered on the next working day .
Orders received after 7:00 PM will be shipped the following day .
For larger orders or specialty items, delivery may take up to a week . As soon as your package is on its way, you will of course receive a tracking number , which you can use to check its status at any time.
How can I contact you if I have questions?
You can reach us anytime via the contact form , email , chat function , or by phone during opening hours. Alternatively, you can also visit us directly in our store – we'd be happy to advise you in person.
Do you also offer repairs?
Yes! Our integrated repair service takes care of computers and laptops. You can bring your device directly to the store or book an appointment online in advance. We'll provide a free cost estimate upon request.
What happens if a product arrives damaged?
Should an item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods. We will arrange a quick replacement or refund .
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with at least a 2-year statutory warranty .
How does payment with PowerPay work?
If you select PowerPay as your payment method at checkout, you will be automatically redirected to PEND's (PowerPay) secure page . There, you will enter your date of birth for identity and credit verification . This verification only takes a few seconds.
After successful verification, you can complete your purchase on account . The goods will be delivered to you as usual, and you will receive your monthly invoice directly from PowerPay via email or post.
You then decide whether to pay the total amount in one go or in installments . Additional fees and interest may apply to partial payments, which are calculated by PowerPay.

How does installment payment work with PowerPay?
If you choose the "Purchase on account with PowerPay" payment method at checkout, you will first receive your order as usual. Afterwards, you will receive a monthly invoice from PowerPay, our official payment partner, via email or post.
You can then decide whether you want to pay the entire amount at once or conveniently in several installments. Depending on the amount and term, additional fees or interest will apply to installment payments; these are calculated directly by PowerPay.
Important: Installment payments are only possible after a successful credit check by PowerPay. Further details regarding the terms and conditions can be found in PowerPay's terms and conditions .
What happens if the credit check is rejected?
If your credit check with PowerPay is unsuccessful, you unfortunately cannot complete your purchase on account or in installments . In this case, an alternative payment method (e.g., credit card, Twint, PayPal, etc.) is of course available to complete your order.
